Here it is - the new semester. I wonder what I will have this time around. Will I have exceptionally good, hardworking and obedient students? Or will I have (yet again!) the typical lazy, always-looking-for-short-cuts good-for-nothings? One thing for sure, I'll have some of those who didn't make it the last time, back in my class again this time.
A new beginning is always full of hope. After the first week, most of that initial hope fades away, and as the weeks dragged on, we're just glad, at the end of everyday, that the day is over. Hoping for a miraculous change of pattern this new one? I'd rather not put my hopes too high.
Really.
